Right of withdrawel
PVZ S.r.l ("NeoNero") aims to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 working days from the day you received the products purchased on www.neonero.it. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt. The products can be returned by sending a package via the courier specified by PVZ S.r.l (TNT, DHL, or SDA), or through another courier, only after completing the Return Form that will be sent to you upon request via email at [email protected] to obtain the return number. However, it is not possible to exchange the selected product with another one.
Conditions for Exercising Your Right to Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is considered properly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
a) The Return Form must be correctly filled out and electronically sent to [email protected] within 10 working days from the date of delivery. Alternatively, this communication can also be sent by registered mail to PVZ S.r.l., Via Cassia 11/e -52047 - loc.Cesa Marciano della Chiana - Arezzo (AR) Italy, to be confirmed, at your discretion, by registered mail with receipt acknowledgment within the following 48 hours;
b) Products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
c) The identification label must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
d) Products must be returned in their original packaging;
e) Returned products must be sent to PVZ S.r.l in a single shipment. PVZ S.r.l reserves the right not to accept products from the same order returned and delivered at different times;
f) Returned items must be delivered to the courier within ten (10) working days from the date you received the products.
If you have met all the required conditions, PVZ S.r.l will refund the price of the purchased products, and you will only be responsible for the return costs. You must personally cover the return costs.
Refunding times and methods
After PVZ S.r.l has received your returned goods and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of acceptance of return. Reimbursement will be carried out by the Seller as soon as possible and not later than fourty (40) days from the date it became aware of your right of withdrawal, having verified that the withdrawal took place under the conditions described above.
The actual time required to credit or refund of the amount you paid for the purchase of products depends on the payment method used:
- Purchase by credit/debit card: the time for repayment depends on the management company of the credit/debit card.
- Payment by PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card;
- Payment by Bank account: refunds will be credited on the same bank account used for the payment. The time for repayment depends on the rightness of the data provide to us. Normally in 30 days.
If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded by PVZ S.r.l to the individual who made the payment
Product Identification Tag
All products sold by PVZ S.r.l are equipped with an identification tag affixed with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the product. We encourage you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal, as returned products lacking them will not be accepted.
Courier
You will be responsible for personally covering the return costs, and you will bear the responsibility in case of loss or damage to the products during transportation unless otherwise agreed upon during the return activation phase with PVZ S.r.l.
